You were created for more than survival.
You were created to come home to yourself—and gradually live the life you were created to live.
Take a breath.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, relationship struggles, life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I’m Heather Berg, a trauma-informed coach who helps people reconnect with who they truly are so they can move forward with greater clarity, courage, and freedom.

Maybe you recognize yourself here…
- You feel like you’ve been surviving for a long time, but you’re not sure how to truly begin living again.
- Somewhere along the way, you’ve lost touch with who you are beneath everything you’ve been carrying.
- Part of you longs for change, while another part feels afraid to move forward.
- You find yourself constantly adapting, striving, overthinking, or carrying more than feels sustainable.
- Deep down, you sense there must be more than simply getting through each day.
If you’re quietly thinking, that’s me…
I’ve been there too.
Not in exactly the same way as you.
But I do know what it’s like to lose sight of yourself while trying to survive.
You weren’t created just to survive.
You were created to come home to yourself.
Rediscover who you were created to be.
Healing isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about gently reconnecting with who you’ve always been beneath fear, trauma, shame, and survival—and gradually learning to live from that place.
As healing unfolds, you’ll begin cultivating a more secure relationship with yourself, with God, and from there, with others.
You don’t have to walk this path alone.
I’ll come alongside you as a guide, helping you rediscover the wisdom, resilience, and capacity for healing that have been within you all along.
Freedom isn’t about becoming someone else.
It’s about coming home to yourself—and gradually living from that place.
Together we’ll work toward:
Greater clarity and self-understanding
More room to breathe—even in the midst of life's challenges
Increased capacity for compassion, creativity, and courage
Healthier relationships rooted in secure attachment
Healing the wounds that keep you feeling stuck
Moving forward with greater freedom and purpose
Moving beyond survival…
…doesn’t mean becoming someone else.
It means gradually recovering the freedom to heal, rediscover yourself, come home to yourself, and live the life you were created to live.
HEAL
Understanding your inner world with curiosity and compassion.
Healing begins by slowing down long enough to notice what your mind, body, and heart have been carrying.
REDISCOVER
Recovering the person you’ve always been beneath fear, shame, trauma, and survival.
Healing doesn’t make you someone new.
It uncovers who you’ve been all along.
COME HOME
Living with greater security, connection, freedom, and peace.
With yourself.
With God.
With others.
BECOME
Living in growing alignment with who you were created to be.
And allowing that life to overflow into the people and places you’re here to love.
Let’s Explore Your Story Together
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
The first step isn’t having answers.
It’s becoming curious.
Whether you’re navigating trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, betrayal, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, you don’t have to walk the journey alone.
Together we’ll create space to understand your story, rediscover who you were created to be, and move toward greater clarity, courage, and freedom.
My role isn’t to fix you.
It’s to walk beside you as a compassionate guide while you rediscover the healing, wisdom, and resilience that have been within you all along.

What can I expect from coaching?
Coaching with me is a collaborative process built on curiosity, compassion, and practical movement forward.
Together we’ll create a safe space to explore your story, understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and reconnect with the strengths, wisdom, and wholeness that have always been part of you—even if they feel difficult to access right now.
Rather than focusing on fixing what’s “wrong,” we’ll cultivate greater awareness, healing, and the capacity to move forward with clarity, courage, and freedom.
My approach is trauma-informed, which means I honor your pace, your story, and your nervous system every step of the way.
What does coaching together look like?
Every coaching journey is unique because every person is unique.
We’ll gently explore the experiences, beliefs, and protective patterns that have shaped your life while keeping our eyes on the life you’re longing to build.
My role isn’t to tell you what to do.
It’s to walk beside you—offering thoughtful questions, practical tools, compassionate support, and a safe place to grow.
When helpful, I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, nervous system-informed practices, the Enneagram, and my professional training in betrayal trauma to support your healing journey.
How is your approach different?
I don’t believe healing is about becoming someone else.
I believe healing is the gradual recovery of who you’ve always been beneath fear, shame, trauma, and survival.
Rather than simply changing behaviors, we’ll work toward understanding the deeper patterns that shape how you relate to yourself, to others, and to the world around you.
My work integrates trauma-informed coaching, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), nervous system awareness, the Enneagram, and my graduate training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Together we’ll build greater awareness, expand your capacity, and help you move toward living with more clarity, courage, freedom, and connection.
Why do you do this work?
I know what it’s like to feel disconnected from yourself.
To survive for a long time without feeling fully alive.
My own healing journey has shaped not only who I am, but how I walk alongside others.
I don’t coach from a place of having it all together.
I coach from the conviction that healing is possible.
That people are capable of incredible growth.
And that, beneath fear, shame, trauma, and survival, there is still a person worth rediscovering.
Helping people reconnect with that person is some of the most meaningful work I can imagine.
What role do IFS and the Enneagram play?
I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the Enneagram as tools—not labels.
IFS helps us approach every part of ourselves with curiosity and compassion rather than shame.
The Enneagram offers insight into the motivations, patterns, and protective strategies that shape how we move through life.
Together they provide a compassionate roadmap for understanding your inner world, so healing becomes less about fixing yourself and more about reconnecting with who you were created to be.
Do you work with betrayal trauma
Yes.
One of my specialties is supporting women navigating betrayal trauma.
As a Pastoral Sex Addiction Professional (PSAP), I understand the unique impact betrayal has on identity, trust, relationships, and the nervous system.
Whether you’re processing the aftermath of infidelity, compulsive sexual behaviors in a relationship, or the deep wounds betrayal leaves behind, you’ll find a compassionate, trauma-informed space where healing can begin—and where you can gradually rebuild trust in yourself, regardless of what someone else chooses.
Is coaching right for me?
Coaching may be a good fit if…
• You’re tired of surviving and long to move forward.
• You feel disconnected from yourself and want to reconnect with who you were created to be.
• You find yourself repeating the same patterns and wonder if life could feel different.
• You’re ready to become curious about your inner world rather than fighting against it.
• You want a compassionate guide to walk alongside you as you heal, grow, and move toward greater freedom.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You simply need a willingness to take the next step.
You don’t have to do it alone.
Healing rarely happens all at once.
It happens one courageous step at a time.
Why I still believe healing is possible.
Healing isn’t something I learned only from books.
It’s something I’ve had to live.
My own journey through trauma, loss, cancer, relational pain, and deep personal healing reshaped not only my life—but my understanding of what real transformation looks like.
I’ve discovered that healing isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about rediscovering who you’ve been beneath survival all along.
Today I have the privilege of walking alongside others as they reconnect with themselves, recover hope, and move toward lives marked by greater clarity, courage, freedom, and presence.
I’d be honored to walk with you, too.
The bedrock of freedom and transformation is found in YOU realizing your worth and belonging, your ability to love and be loved, and your capacity to find safety and security in who you are.
What Others Are Discovering
Healing looks different for every person. Again and again, I watch people reconnect with the strengths, wisdom, and resilience that have been within them all along.
Still feeling stuck—even though you’re doing everything you know to do?
Sometimes healing doesn’t come from trying harder, learning another tool, or finally figuring everything out.
Trauma healing is a process and a journey. There are seasons when you’re doing the work and still wondering, Why is this so hard? Why am I still here?
Feeling stuck doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
Sometimes what feels stuck needs safety, compassion, understanding, and space before movement becomes possible again.
You don’t have to find the way forward alone.

Slow down.
Get curious.
Be with.
And begin moving forward again.
Healing isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about learning to be with the parts of yourself that have been hurt, burdened, or shaped by what you’ve lived through—with curiosity, compassion, and courage.
As we begin to feel safer within ourselves, something shifts. We gain the capacity to loosen old protective patterns, reconnect with who we are beneath them, and live with greater presence, agency, and freedom.
Healing isn’t about going back to who you were before. It’s about rediscovering who you were created to be beneath what trauma taught you about yourself—and becoming more fully that person as you move forward.
That’s what Created to Move means to me.
“Where there is space, there is movement.
Where there is movement, there is no dis-ease.”
